(West Reading) -- Funeral services will take place Thursday morning in West Reading for the late Reading City Council president. Jeffrey Waltman died last Monday at the age of 58 after serving Reading for 22 years. A legacy fund for parks and recreation is being established in his honor as friends say Waltman loved hiking and also believed in land preservation.
