(Reading, PA) -- A Berks County jury has convicted two men for killing another man in Reading in August of 2020. The panel found Joewel Keita and Devon Starr guilty this past week of first degree murder and related charges in the fatal shooting of Albert Pena-Pena in Reading. It happened in the 1200 block of Church Street. A second person was also wounded in the incident but didn't die.
