(Reading, PA) -- A Reading man has been ordered to face trial for allegedly killing a taxi cab driver in August of last year. Prosecutors say in May of 2022, Johnny Palaguachi led police to the remains of Darlyn De La Rosa-Abreu near Blue Marsh in North Heidelberg Township. Police say Palaguachi was a suspect early in the investigation, but they didn't have sufficient evidence to charge him until he contacted Reading police and told them that he killed someone.
