(Reading, PA) -- Two University of Pennsylvania graduates and siblings have opened America's newest baby formula factory in Reading. Mia Funt, co-founder and president of ByHeart, tells the Philadelphia Inquirer that she and her brother Ron Belldegrun, are the first disruptors to the industry in decades. Previously, the market has been controlled by only four companies.  The siblings' company is now up and running out of a converted manufacturing plant in Reading.
