(Reading, PA) -- Fire officials say four people are expected to be okay after they were rescued from a row house fire Tuesday morning in Reading. Emergency crews responded to the 400 block of N. 11th Street shortly after 11 a.m. The fire was spotted by a person who was driving by and called it in. Officials say that person also used a ladder to try to help the residents until firefighters got there. One resident was taken to the hospital for smoke inhalation. Officials say the fire likely started in the kitchen.
