(Reading, PA) -- West Reading have finished their investigation of a man who allegedly tried to accost some people in a bar and also pointed a gun at patrons. They've arrested Luis Antonio Morales for the incident that happened last Monday near closing time at a bar in the 200 block of Chestnut Street. He's also accused of punching a man. Morales faces charges of aggravated assault, terroristic threats and harassment among other counts.
