>> Results of Berks, Lancaster County Primary Elections Votes Not Certified
(Harrisburg, PA) - Pennsylvania is certifying the results of primary elections from 64 of 67 counties. The May 17th election included nominations for U.S. Senate and governor. The state is leaving out Berks, Fayette and Lancaster counties in a legal dispute over whether to count mail-in ballots on which voters didn't handwrite a date. Acting Secretary of State Leigh Chapman says the three remaining three counties will be certified occur once litigation is resolved.
