>>13 Arrested At Berks County DUI Checkpoint
(Berks County, PA) -- Berks County Police are reporting results from a weekend DUI checkpoint in South Heidelberg Township. The checkpoint was operational from 9:30 p.m. Saturday night until 1:30 a.m. Sunday morning and included 850 stopped cars. From those stops, thirteen people were arrested. That includes five individuals arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, five for driving under the influence of marijuana and three others arrested for drug possession.
