>>Formerly Homeless Couple Now Run Butcher Business

(Pottstown, PA) -- A formerly homeless couple says they've been blessed to open their own business with the help of some local organizations and a man who believed in them. The Reading Eagle reports Mark Spillane and his wife Dottie have opened up the Better on the Bone Butcher Shop on High Street in Pottstown. Keith Costello, who owns the building, says the couple just needed a second chance. The couple also connected with the Your Way Home program, part of the Pottstown Cluster of Religious Communities, for housing. Their butcher shop opened July first and also serves as a deli.
