(Reading, PA) -- A Berks lawyer has been charged Wednesday with conspiring to cheat a Harrisburg law firm out of 120-thousand-dollars. Shillington attorney Michael J. Cammarano is alleged to have taken the money from an escrow account he set up on behalf of a client who disputed what a Harrisburg law firm claimed as its share of a civil settlement. Investigators say his client, Joseph Nebroskie of Orwigsburg, also pocketed the funds, leaving the account with just a penny.
