(Reading, PA) -- The Schuylkill River Passenger Rail Authority is laying out its budget plans for the coming years. Yesterday the authority approved a 3-year plan that includes expenses of roughly 378-thousand dollars next year, 410-thousand dollars in 2024 and 423-thousand dollars in 2025. The authority, established just three months ago, is tasked with reestablishing passenger rail service between Reading and Philadelphia.
