(Berks County, OH) -- Authorities have identified the remains found last month on a Schuylkill River island. Dental records and a standout tattoo were used to help the Berks County Coroner's Office positively identify the body as that of Kerry Frazier. The 62-year-old Reading man was reported missing in March. Frazier's cause of death remains unknown.
