(Reading, PA) -- Plans are underway for a big Halloween event at the Reading Public Library. You'll be able to hear spooky music from the Reading Philharmonic Orchestra at this year's annual Halloween Bash. Kids can take part in a costume party, spooky crafts, and trick or treating in the Children's Library, too. It'll take place Saturday, October 29th from 12 to 2 p.m. at the main library on Wood Street. The event is free of charge and registration isn't required.
