(Boyertown, PA) -- Developers have announced they're building two new senior living communities in Berks County. The facilities, The Residence at Village Greens and The Residence at Boyertown, will create over 250 new units for seniors and provide about 200 jobs. The Village Greens development will be built on a former golf course. Each facility is set to open within two years.
