(Reading, PA) -- State police say they've found the alleged hit-and-run driver who they suspect killed an Earl Township man Monday morning. They aren't releasing the name of the person they're questioning in the incident that killed 33-year-old James Falasca-Carter. They believe he was hit late Sunday night but his body wasn't found until Monday morning. The driver's car will soon be processed for evidence.
