(Reading, PA) -- Democratic Incumbent U.S. Representative Madeleine Dean appears to be holding onto her 4th District Congressional Seat. The lawmaker who represents part of Berks County as well as Montgomery County received the majority of votes over Republican opponent Sergio Nascimento overall. She assumed office in January of 2019.
