(Reading, PA) -- Reading Police have arrested a man who they believe shot a teen in the face in a road rage incident. According to a department news release, Francisco Rivera was taken into custody in Lancaster County Tuesday. The 41-year-old is charged with attempted murder and related offenses in connection with the shooting October 28th that happened early in the morning near the intersection of North Sixth and Spring Streets in Reading.
