(Reading, PA) -- Reading Police have one person in custody and are looking for a remaining suspect in the death of a Pottstown man over the weekend. Jefferson Etienne was shot and killed in the 400 block of South 16th Street early Saturday morning. Marc Lockman is already in custody. Jabar Hill is still being sought. Police haven't released any other details of the circumstances.
