(Reading, PA) -- The Berks County Republican Committee want general election ballots recounted 30 precincts across the county. Two petitions to request the action were filed in county court Monday afternoon. The committee says they received complaints from some voters that believe voting machines were changing some of the votes cast. A Berks County public relations officer says the petitions will delay the county's ability to certify the results as planned on Monday.
