(Pottstown, PA) -- A man who was meeting his ex-wife for their daughter's custody exchange has been charged with trying to kill his ex's boyfriend. Police say it happened Friday in the parking lot of a Family Dollar store on Farmington Avenue in Pottstown. Police say 20-year-old Ali Ortiz of Upper Pottstown Township, got into an argument and shot 21-year-old Sabri Noel, who is from Philadelphia, after the argument got physical. Police say Noel was last listed in critical condition. Ortiz was arrested on attempted murder and other charges Saturday.
