(Reading, PA) -- A Berks County judge has dismissed recount petitions that were filed for 30 of the county's precincts used in the mid-term elections. Some GOP leaders say voters had pressed the button for one candidate and the machine lit up for another. Judge James Lillis tossed the request for the recount Tuesday saying there wasn't evidence to prove that. The Berks County Board of Elections expects to certify the vote results Thursday.
