(Wyomissing, PA) -- Police believe a man found dead in a medical complex parking lot in Berks County shot a man and woman before shooting and killing himself Thursday morning. Wyomissing police say two gunshot victims were taken to an area hospital, but did provide any information on their conditions. Police Chief John Phillips confirmed one victim was a woman with whom the shooter had a relationship. He said the other victim was a coworker who was hit "in the crossfire" while trying to assist the woman. The identities of the shooter or the victim haven't been released.
