Pottstown Man Pleads "Not Guilty" - Case Goes To Trial

(Reading, PA) - A 22-year-old man from Pottstown has pleaded not guilty in a shooting death from last May. A jury trial has been set for October for Tyshaun Harvey, who is accused of killing Nahmer Baird in Pottstown. Investigators determined that Baird, who was also 22, was shot at Locust Alley and West Street. Afterward, his car traveled two blocks before crashing head-on into a Dodge pickup truck. It's driver was hurt. Harvey was taken into custody in California in August.
