(Lancaster, PA) - Police said all of the drivers involved in hitting a pedestrian near Route 12 in Wyomissing Monday stopped at the scene and will not face charges. Police say they're still investigating how 31-year-old Bradley Hernandez-Resto got onto the highway. His sister tells WFMZ-TV her brother was a very positive person but suffered from schizophrenia. She says he was having a strong episode at the time of his death.
