Police say 63-year-old Berks Man Entered Neighbors' Home to Steal Packages
(Reading, PA) -- A Richmond Township man faces trespassing and theft charges after police say he was seen on security footage entering his neighbors' home and stealing delivered packages. Keith Fenstermacher remains free to await a hearing following his arraignment Wednesday night. Fleetwood police have charged Fenstermacher with criminal trespassing, theft by unlawful taking, harassment and other related counts. They didn't find the stolen packages in their investigation.
