Former Doctor Reportedly Tries To Order Sexual Assault Victim Killed From Jail
(Reading, PA) -- Authorities say a former Berks County doctor who has been imprisoned for two years has tried to order one of his victims killed from jail. D-A John Adams says Justin Rutherford, who was charged with filming and sexually assaulting two boys, plotted to have one of them murdered. Authorities say they intercepted jailhouse communications from Rutherford in which he reportedly detailed personal information of one of the victims and discussed having them killed. Adams says Rutherford is now additionally charged with criminal solicitation to commit homicide.
