Officials Identify person killed in Valentine's Day Domestic Shooting
(Reading, PA) - Reading Police have identified the victim of a fatal domestic shooting that happened Valentine's Day. Richardson Rivera-Lugo was shot and killed in what authorities have called a domestic incident. It happened at an apartment in the 400 block of West Windsor Street around 6 a.m. A 32-year-old woman was wounded and is expected to recover; her name hasn't been released. Melvin Ojeda-Rodriguez turned himself in for the shooting Wednesday. He's charged with first degree murder, aggravated assault and related charges. Police say he and the woman victim were previously involved in a relationship.
