Three Teens Arrested, Fourth On The Loose, In Armed Carjacking

(Reading, PA) -- Northwestern Regional Police say three teens are in custody, but one is still on the run, after an armed carjacking Sunday. It happened near Snyder Road in Mount Joy Township, but when officers attempted to stop the car the driver sped away. Three male teens were taken into custody after police used spike strips to stop the car. Officials say they also recovered guns at the scene and one had been stolen. Dante Ashford and Eric Hammond, who are both 18 and from Lancaster, were arrested. An unnamed 17-year-old also has been charged. The fourth suspect who fled hasn't been arrested.
