>Ephrata Residents Upset with Kid Restrictions at New Dog Park
(Lancaster County, PA) -- Some Ephrata residents say they're upset with some restrictions being imposed at their new dog park. Borough manager Nancy Harris tells WGAL-TV they've had to enforce the age limit of no one under 14 being allowed because of insurance concerns. The dog park also has no attendant. Leaders for Ephrata Unleashed, the volunteer organization that helps maintain the park, say they agree with the age restrictions and rules.
