Memorial Friday Night Will Honor Explosion Victims
(West Reading, PA) -- A candlelight vigil is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Friday for the seven people killed in a candy factory explosion last week in West Reading. Berks County officials say it will be held at the footbridge behind the West Reading Fire Company. Community members from both Reading and West Reading will meet in the center of the bridge in a show of solidarity. A memorial area will honor the victims and be available to those who want to bring flowers, pictures or other mementos.
