Work Continues on Fightin' Phils' new Redner's Event Center
(Reading, PA) -- Team officials with Reading's Fightin' Phils say work is progressing nicely on the new Redner's Event Center. The large brick building with expansive windows will serve as a player development facility as well as housing the team's locker rooms, clubhouse and batting cages. Officials say its dining areas and kitchens can also be used for community gatherings. The building sits just beyond the outfield at FirstEnergy Stadium and is expected to be finished next year.
