(Reading, PA) -- A 28-year-old Reading man is facing charges after reportedly confessing he abused a young girl to the victim's mother. Steven Galvan was arrested this week. Officials say Galvan apologized to the victim's mother back in January. Investigators spoke with the victim and determined the abuse happened between 2019 and 2021 and started when the victim was seven-years-old.
