(Berks County, PA) -- A popular bubble tea and Taiwanese cafe based in Bethlehem is coming to Reading. Owners say Hocaa Bubble Tea will launch its Berkshire Mall kiosk this week. The chain reported on social media that it'll celebrate the grand opening with a buy-one, get-one-half-off sale on its ten most popular drinks. The deal will kick off when the new shop opens at 11 a.m. today and runs through Wednesday. In April, the company also launched a shop at the Palmer Park Mall in Easton.
