"Uncooperative Victim" Injured In Monday Night Shooting

(Reading, PA) -- Reading Police also say a 27-year-old man is not cooperating with police in telling them the circumstances of his shooting Monday night. It was just after midnight when the man what shot in his left arm and leg on Sixth and Spruce streets. Police say the victim, who has not been named, hasn't provided them with a description of his assailants. Other witnesses told police that the victim had been arguing with two men earlier in the evening. Police haven't identified those two other men.
