Parking Authority Employee Loses Job Alleged Illegal Activity

(Reading, PA) -- A Reading Parking Authority employee has been fired after a video appeared on social media that allegedly shows them doing some kind of illegal activity in a company vehicle. The video, uploaded by a Facebook user late on Sunday appears to show two people sitting in a parked RPA car. The kind of illegal activity hasn't been confirmed. In a statement issued Monday evening, the RPA says the employee was fired after an investigation. The other person wasn't an employee. Officials also say any tickets issued by this former worker have received a secondary review in light of the illegal activity.
