Ten People Arrested in Gun Violence Crack Down
(Reading, PA) -- Reading Police officials say their recent gun violence crackdown has been a big success. The department arrested ten people and seized several different kinds of guns during a multi-day operation last week. Officials with the Neighborhood Gun Violence Unit say the goal of the operation was to disrupt gun violence acts before they happened. Two of the people arrested were wanted on outstanding charges and seven were charged with felonies.
