Berks County Luring Incident Was Misunderstanding
(Wernersville, PA) -- An incident where a person was thought to have been trying to lure a child in Berks County has turned out to be a misunderstanding. Police were alerted to the possible luring situation at the Dollar General store in South Heidelberg Township on Saturday. Police investigated and determined that a juvenile customer had left a bag in the store, and an adult followed the child in an effort to return it. Police say security footage confirmed the story, and no charges are being filed.
