Redevelopment Authority Members ask Reading City Council for more ARPA Funds

(Reading, PA) -- The chairman of the Reading redevelopment authority has asked the city council for more American Rescue Plan money. Chairman John Miller, Junior told members that the extra 500-thousand dollars would be used to buy, remediate, or dispose of blighted properties in the city.
