>Reading Man Wanted For Strangling Woman
(Reading, PA) -- A Reading man is wanted for allegedly strangling a woman. Police say the incident happened last October, when 32-year-old Kevin Afre grabbed a victim by her throat and pushed her to the ground. The victim was able to free herself and escape from Afre, but he is still on the run. Afre is also wanted on a Berks County Probation warrant. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact police.
