Berks County Residents Clean Up After Flooding

(Reading, PA) -- Clean up continues in and around the Reading area after flash flooding Sunday afternoon. Weather officials say the activity lasted into the evening as rain fell around two inches per hour. The flooding rains hit the Temple area especially hard, making for fast-moving small rapids that swept away sheds and even some home foundations. Emergency management leaders are documenting the destruction and the county is asking anyone with damage to contact them.
