Boil Water Advisory Issued In Parts Of Berks County
(Berks County, PA) -- Residents in parts of Berks County are under a boil water advisory. The warning is for customers of the Mt. Penn Borough Municipal Authority and was issued after severe flash flooding impacted the area on Sunday. The communities of Mt. Penn, Lower Alsace, St. Lawrence and Exeter Township are encouraged to bring water to a rapid boil for at least one minute before drinking it or using it. The advisory is expected to last until at least Friday.
