Berks County Post Office To Remain Closed Due To Storm Damage
(Reading, PA) -- Postal clients on the east side of Reading will need to find another location to use for a while. Officials say the St. Lawrence post office has been temporarily closed due to flooding damage from the severe storm that struck Berks County last Sunday. Customers who typically use St. Lawrence are recommended to go to the Gus Yatron office instead -- it's in the 21-hundred block of North 13th Street. The postal service hasn't given an estimate on when the St. Lawrence office will be re-opened.
