Red Cross Giving Cleaning Kits To Residents Dealing With Flooding
(Berks County, PA) -- The American Red Cross is giving cleaning kits to Berks County residents who are cleaning up from flooding. Last weekend, strong storms brought flash flooding to the area. The kits contain industrial cleaning supplies which will help in water and silt removal from homes. The kits are available for pickup today at Glenside Elementary School in Reading, the Lower Alsace Volunteer Fire Company and the Exeter Township School District Administration Building. Those who cannot pickup the kits or need additional assistance are urged to call 1 800 RED CROSS.
