Police To Step Up DUI Enforcement This Weekend
(Reading, PA) -- Police officers across Berks County will be conducting aggressive driving campaigns this weekend. The North Central Regional DUI Enforcement Program will be in full force in Northumberland and Berks Counties as well as Monroe and Pike and many others in the region. The roving patrols will be done in conjunction with sobriety checkpoints on area roadways. The extra patrols are funded by the state and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
