(Reading, PA) -- Leaders from TLC for Reading say they've come up with a unique way to celebrate the city's 275th anniversary. Organizer Tillman Sims says they're hosting a city-wide photo contest that promoters say will capture the city through the eyes of its residents. Anyone can take part in the contest, that's being named in honor of photographer Bill Snook. Four categories include people, community, landscape, and architecture. The photos can be entered in the contest via a social media post with the hashtag of 'TLC Fore Reading PA' or can be mailed to the organization's Gmail address.
