(Reading, PA) -- A Berks County Judge will hold an arraignment Wednesday for a Reading man who is believed to have robbed his nephew at gunpoint. Police say Jose Lopez lured his nephew to a meeting under the pretense of buying his 2018 Maserati, but instead pointed a gun at him. He allegedly threatened to shoot him if he didn't get out of the car. The victim complied and told police his uncle had recently been in jail for being part of a chop-shop operation. Lopez is in the Berks County Prison.
