(Reading, PA) -- The Berks County District Attorney says he's reviewing the case of a 14-year-old boy who is charged with fatally shooting his father. DA John T. Adams said says Tomas Medina Junior was arraigned Tuesday and is being held on first and third-degree murder charges as well as aggravated assault and other counts. Police say Medina's mother witnessed the shooting Monday and told them that her son ran off after shooting his father, Tomas Medina Senior. It happened near the family home in the 11-hundred block of Locust Street after the parents returned home from a trip.
