American Rescue Plan Act Funding Available To Small Businesses
(Reading, PA) -- Small business owners in Reading can now apply to get part of two-million-dollars in federal funds. They have until September 29th to complete and submit their paperwork to get the money the city has set aside from the American Rescue Plan Act. Businesses that are currently on Penn Street, or would be willing to relocate there, may request up to 50-thousand-dollars. Grants for business elsewhere in the city are capped at 25-thousand. The funding period will run from January 1st of next year through June 30th of 2025.
