Reading Man Charged With Credit Card Theft
(Reading, PA) -- A 55-year-old man has been charged with theft after police say he tried to withdraw cash from a stolen credit card. The card's owner told police they lost it at a restaurant in West Reading. Keith M. Fry told police he found the card outside the restaurant where he works. The victims says a text from his credit union notified him that someone was trying to make an unauthorized withdrawal and police identified Fry from surveillance video at an ATM. He's been charged with unauthorized use, receiving stolen property and theft of lost or mislaid property.
