Berks County Sheriff Looking For Strangulation Suspect
(Reading, PA) -- The Berks County Sheriff's Office is looking for a man who they believe tried to strangle a woman at her home. Anthony Cruz is 44 and has dark hair and eyes. He's about as five feet and ten inches tall and weighs 190 pounds. Police said he went to the victim's home September 6th and he allegedly tried to choke her to the point she couldn't breathe. The victim told police she was able to get away from the suspect and hid in her home until he left the area.
